The whole house has reversible air conditioning — cool in summer, warm on winter nights. Wi-Fi, television, an 8 kg washing machine, a fitted kitchen with microwave and a large fridge; a second fridge sits in the pool house. A first-aid kit and a defibrillator are on site.
