1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the My Kasbah platform and the relationships between hosts, travellers and the My Kasbah team.

2. Registration and account

Use of the platform requires the creation of a user account. You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Booking and payment

My Kasbah is an introductory service. Requests submitted via the site are passed on to partner providers; no payment is processed on the site. Terms are communicated directly upon confirmation of the request.

4. Cancellation and refund

Three cancellation policies are offered by hosts: flexible, moderate and strict. The detailed conditions apply to each booking.

5. Liability

My Kasbah acts as an intermediary. The host is responsible for the property's compliance. The traveller is responsible for any damage caused.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
