No commission or concierge fee on restaurant, activity or transport bookings, you pay the public rate. Some services (transfers, grocery runs, childcare) have a price stated upfront, no surprises.
How do I reach you in an emergency? +
WhatsApp 24/7. Our local team is reachable at any hour, including late-night emergencies, and responds quickly.
Can you organise a surprise event (birthday, marriage proposal)? +
Yes, it is one of our specialities: private desert dinner, candlelit table, video montage, gnaoua musicians. Describe your idea and we build a bespoke programme.
Do you work with hotels or only riads & apartments? +
Both. Whether you are staying in one of our riads & apartments or a hotel, you can entrust us with restaurant and excursion concierge. We charge nothing to the hotel.
Can I cancel a booking made through the concierge? +
Subject to the partner's conditions. For restaurants, generally free cancellation 24h before. For private excursions, 48h.
