Riads and apartments with a pool in Marrakech: the real list

Eleven of our seventeen addresses have a pool: four riads in the Medina and seven apartments in Hivernage, Guéliz and near the Menara. Here is the real list, with the direct rate and, where we recorded one, the platform rate observed on 11 June 2026.

Medina, four riads with a pool

In the Medina the pool is a patio plunge pool or a terrace pool: somewhere to cool off between outings rather than swim lengths. The lanes are pedestrian, a taxi drops you at the entrance of the derb and someone from the riad walks you in.

Hivernage and city centre, three apartments with a pool

Here the pool belongs to the residence: larger than in the Medina, shared, often with parking. It is the practical option for a couple, or for a few nights without navigating the lanes.
