Welcome to Riad Zaitouni, a traditional riad available for full privatization in the heart of the Marrakech Medina, in the historic Sidi Amara quarter, a few steps from the colourful souks and Jemaa el-Fna square. You enjoy the entire property (350 m² of living space over a 256 m² footprint), with no areas shared with other guests: the ideal address for a large family, a group of friends or a corporate retreat of up to 14 people. The riad is built around a light-filled central courtyard: a dining courtyard with a large zellige-mosaic table, a spacious TV lounge (green velvet Chesterfield sofa), a library lounge, a dedicated workspace, and a fully-equipped ground-floor kitchen (professional range cooker, large granite worktop, microwave, coffee machine). The 7 bedrooms are spread across the floors in a boho-chic Moroccan style (zellige floors, worked ceilings, four-poster beds, air conditioning and quality linen): 4 bedrooms with a private en-suite bathroom and 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, plus 4 additional shared WCs. The jewel of the riad is the private rooftop terrace: a private jacuzzi with sweeping views over the Marrakech rooftops (a hot tub, not a swimming pool), a sun-deck with large built-in corner sofas, and a summer kitchen under a thuya-wood pergola with a wrought-iron dining area, perfect for a barbecue or dinner under the stars.
